Validol (валидол)

Validol (Validolum or Menthyl Isovalerate) is a natural product produced from valerian root and menthol. It exhibits a sedative effect and dilates blood vessels which helps to lower blood pressure. Validol is a sublingual tablet that is fast-acting - working in under 5 minutes. It can be used to treat anxiety, nervousness, panic attacks, hysteria, rapid heart beat, chest pain, hyperventilation, nausea, and motion sickness.

Each pack of Validol contains 20 x 100mg sublingual tablets.

Validol tablets are sublingual. This means they should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve completely. Do not chew or swallow the tablets. One or two tablets can be taken two to three times daily as required. The frequency and duration of treatment depends upon the severity of the condition being treated and the effectiveness of the remedy. If no relief appears 5 to 10 minutes after first dosage, repeat this treatment. Do not exceed 10 tablets daily.
