Description
Martifur (Nitrofurantoin) is prescribed to treat UTI (urinary tract infection), a common infection suffered by patients of all ages. This medication destroys the bacterial organisms, preventing further growth of the infection.
Martifur (Nitrofurantoin) should only be used as prescribed. Correct dosage varies case by case. Never self-medicate or adjust your dosage unless under the specific advice of your physician. The common prescription is for between 1 and 4 tablets per day.
