The best dosage will depend on the condition being treated and the severity of your symptoms. 500mg is normally administered once daily when treating liver damage. Liver disease or fatty liver are normally treated by 500mg taken twice daily. Never exceed the maximum daily dosage of 1000mg within a twenty-four hour period.
