Uses

Frusenex (Frusemide) is a diuretic which sheds excess water from the patient`s system, which helps to reduce swelling. It may be taken alone or combined with other medication.

It is popular for alleviating the symptoms of hypertension, and is also used to treat cirrhosis, nephritic syndrome, heart failure, and chronic kidney failure.

Dosage and Administration

Use Frusenex (Frusemide) only as prescribed by your physician. Never self-medicate or adjust your dosage without consulting your physician first. A typical starting dose is from 20mg to 80mg per dose, taken 1 to 2 times per day. Dosing should usually be done early in the day, as it may interrupt sleep when taken later due to frequent toilet breaks. Attend all medical appointments you have so your progress and response may be monitored.
