Creon (Pancreatin) is a supplement given to patients who have decreased or no enzyme secretion in their pancreas. These are usually the people suffering from Pancreatitis or severe inflammation of the pancreas and from Cystic Fibrosis. Those with cancer of the Pancreas or any condition wherein the flow of enzymes from the Pancreas is blocked may also be given this drug.
