Description
Cipladine Ointment (Povidone Iodine) is an antiseptic ointment used to treat minor wounds and skin infections. It works by eliminating bacteria from the wound or infection enabling the patient`s immune system to opportunity to fight the infection itself.
Follow all instructions you have received when using Cipladine Ointment (Povidone Iodine). Clean your hands and the affected area of skin thoroughly both before, and after application. Apply a small amount of the ointment to the skin, and gently massage into the skin, leaving behind a thin layer of the ointment to air dry. Do not cover the treated area after application.
