Cetcip is a brand of Cetrizine, an antihistamine that can help reduce symptoms of cold, hayfever or allergy such as sneezing, itching, watery eyes, or runny nose. Cetrizine can also be used to reduce itching and decrease swelling caused by hives.
Cetcip is a chewable tablet containing 10mg of Cetrizine hydrochloride.
Take the dosage prescribed by your doctor. Depending on the severity of your condition, this is usually 5mg - 10mg (half a tablet to one whole tablet) per day.
If you show any signs of allergic reaction to these tablets including difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, stop using the product and contact your doctor immediately.

Cetcip (Cetrizine) can make you feel drowsy. Take special care when driving or operating machinery. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Cetcip (Cetrizine) as this can exacerbate these effects. Make sure your doctor is aware of any other medicines you are taking that can make you feel sleepy including sleeping pills, muscle relaxants, seizure medicines, or antidepressants.
Cetrizine is not expected to be harmful to unborn babies, but it can be passed through the breast milk.
