Protektor

Protektor Spray (Fipronil) is applied topically to animals as a control measure against ticks, fleas and various other pests. In addition to paralyzing and killing the fleas (or tick`s), it can also help to prevent a re-infestation. When this spray is applied to the animal, it continues to kill fleas for up to 30 days, and is also waterproof, allowing you to bathe your dog without the need for re-application.

Owners must follow the application instructions given by the prescribing vet before using Protektor Spray (Fipronil) on their animal. It is recommended that you wear a pair of household gloves, to protect your hands. Pet owners are usually told to spray the product all over their animal`s body (except for its face). Care should be taken to ensure that none of the solution gets into the animal`s mouth or eyes.

To apply it to the face and neck, spray mist to a soft towel (or onto one of the gloves you are wearing) and carefully rub it in. Animals with a thick coat may require more of the product to be sprayed. Generally speaking, pet owners are advised to apply this before the start of the flea season, and to reapply it at 30 day intervals.

In the majority of cases, applying Protektor Spray (Fipronil) to animals is considered to be safe. However, pet owners should be aware that there is a possibility of adverse reactions occurring. Take your animal to a vet straight away if this happens.

Pet owners should avoid allowing this product to come into contact with their skin, as it is for animal use only.

This product should never be ingested. In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical care.
