Nilol

Nilol (Nifedipine/Atenolol) belongs to a class of medications called calcium channel blockers. It is used in the treatment of high blood pressure (also known as hypertension) and chest pain. It is also used in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerosis, acute myocardial infarction.

The recommended initial dose is 50mg of Nilol (Nifedipine/Atenolol), and this may be increased up to 100mg per day. The dosage may be different according to your medical history. Consult your physician before taking this medicine.

Nilol (Nifedipine/Atenolol) may cause:

• Bradycardia
• Hypotension
• Leg pain
• Dizziness
• Lightheadedness
• Tiredness
• Fatigue
• Lethargy
• Drowsiness
• Depression
• Diarrhea
• Nausea
• Wheeziness
• Dyspnea

Before taking Nilol (Nifedipine/Atenolol), inform your physician if you have any arterial circulatory disorders, impaired renal function, hepatic renal function, carcinogenesis, mutagenesis, or impairment of fertility.
