Menevit (Vitamins and Minerals) is designed to be taken once-a-day with food. It should start being taken at least 90 days before you start trying to conceive, and continued until a child has been conceived.

Never exceed the recommended dosage given to you by your physician or read on the product`s packaging. Ingredients found in this supplement can become toxic when taken in high dosages.
