Many factors affect human health. One of them is healthy food, because a person’s health directly depends on healthy food.
Nowadays, there is a lot of fast food and its advertising. Although this food is tasty and fragrant, everyone knows that it is harmful. Unhealthy and unbalanced diet, frequent consumption of semi-finished products (they are available in almost any supermarket) causes great harm to human health, manifested by skin rashes, hair loss, weakness, chronic fatigue, depression, etc.
What is meant by a healthy diet?
Fats, proteins and carbohydrates must enter the body in certain proportions and in sufficient quantities, but remember that these values depend on activity, age and gender. In order for the diet to be healthy and balanced, the amount of protein and fat should be the same as carbohydrates, i.e. a healthy ratio is 1:1:2.
So, let’s look at more information about each element:
- Proteins are one of the necessary components for the growth of a child’s body and the regeneration of adult tissues. All types of meat contain a high percentage of protein and many different amino acids that humans need. Also, the body can get these substances thanks to the consumption of walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, cereals, mature beans, green peas, fish, eggs, cheese, dairy products, etc.
- Fats are found in all vegetable oils, butter, most nuts, avocados, and egg yolks. It is a big mistake to consider the consumption of fats as harmful. The main thing is to know the measure. The intake of foods containing various fats is necessary for the normal functioning of most cells of the human body. However, excessive and frequent consumption of large amounts of fat leads to the development of atherosclerosis. In this case, it is necessary to balance your diet and take special lipid-lowering drugs, for example, Atorlip and Lipicard. These medications are commonly used to prevent cardiovascular disease in patients said to exhibit risk factors (age, medical history, smoking or other factors) and to lower the risk of stroke and other serious problems.
- Carbohydrates are of the following types: complex (beans, bread cereals, potatoes cooked in a certain way and some vegetables) and sugars (sweet fruits, syrups and, of course, sugar). All these components are the main source of energy in the human diet. Many people know the fact that even with easy walking and sleep, the body spends a certain amount of energy, and it is for this that the consumption of carbohydrates is necessary, and in no case should they be excluded from the diet.
It is also necessary to remember about vitamins and minerals, which are equally important for the human body. The diet should include various fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as greens.
However, a healthy and balanced diet is not enough to be healthy, physical activity and exercises, sound sleep, a healthy lifestyle and positive emotions are also necessary.
