1. Why is no prescription required to sell your products even though one is required to purchase the same medication at the pharmacy?

United Pharmacies is an Oceania-based company that operates under different laws and regulations. Non-controlled drugs can be legally imported into the US and many other countries by individuals for their own personal use (depending on local legislation).

2. Do I need to have a medical evaluation before ordering my medication?

United Pharmacies does not require you to have a medical evaluation, but it is strongly suggested to inform your physician about any medications you are currently taking or intend to take prior to ordering. Some medications may cause unexpected problems that can be avoided by discussing their use with your physician.

3. Are the products that you sell genuine?

All medications sold by United Pharmacies are genuinely branded products unless otherwise clearly stated on our website. As we are based in Oceania some of our suppliers are in countries with different packing laws and branding so the packaging of our products may be different than what you are used to seeing.

4. Are the products you provide within their expiration dates?

We do not sell prescription medication that is past its expiry date. It would be illegal to do so.
Our products are in good quality with good expiration date. If you require a specific shelf life of a medicine , please feel free to contact us before making a purchase order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs

5. Do you guarantee that I will receive my order?

If your order does not arrive we will happily refund the full amount of your purchase. We can also arrange a replacement order to be sent if you prefer.

6. Is it legal to order medication from your website?

Ordering medication for your own personal use is legal in most countries including the USA and United Kingdom. If you have any concerns please consult your local authorities. We will always alert you if we think there may be a problem with customs in your particular country.

7. Are the medications you ship of the same quality as the ones I buy at the local pharmacy?

United Pharmacies only sells medications that are manufactured and marketed by leading international pharmaceutical companies. Any medication you order is assured to be of the highest quality.

8. Will you accept my health insurance as payment?

United Pharmacies does not have any arrangements with health insurance companies or PBMs (Prescription Benefit Management Companies) to provide prescription medication coverage.

9. What currency are the prices in?

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.

10. What is the shipping fee?

Standard shipping by regular airmail (30 days) is $22.00 per order. We also offer an express shipping service (7-21 days) via EMS couriers for $60.00 per order and also by DHL (4-7 days) for $85 per order.

11. Do you have an express shipping option?

United Pharmacies offers express shipping through EMS courier services at a cost of $60.00. Using this method of delivery will take between 7-21 days. It should be noted that when using the EMS express shipping option it is necessary to describe the contents of your package on the visible documentation making it undesirable for those who prefer discreet packaging.

It is also important to note that using the EMS courier services does not exclude your items from the risk of being delayed by either Hong Kong or your own country’s customs services. Most customers will receive their orders within one week, however, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a specific date of delivery.

12. What is the delivery time for standard shipping?

Standard shipping via airmail typically takes up to 30 days for delivery.

13. Will I be liable for international taxes, duties, or customs fees?

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the Royal Mail or the United States Postal Service are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged in the local currency at the time of delivery. Any information regarding the fees you may be liable for will be provided by your country’s customs authority. Your local post office can also provide any information you require about methods of payment for any duties, taxes, or fees that need to be paid.

14. Do you charge a consultation fee?

We do not charge our customers any consultation fees.

15. Do you ship overseas?

We are currently unable to ship overseas.

16. How do I place an order or re-order a product I have ordered in the past?

To place an order simply find the product you wish to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, and follow the listed instructions to complete the transaction. If you have ordered from us before and wish to repeat your previous purchase, simply place your online orders directly in the website.

17. I have not received an e-mail confirmation for my order and it has been over 24 hours. Where is it?

We aim to process all orders within a 24 hour period, but because of the large volume of e-mails we send and receive, as well as the industry we are involved in, some Internet Service Providers and e-mail hosts may treat us as spam and block the delivery of our e-mails. Always check your spam folders in case our e-mail has been unintentionally filtered into one of these. You may also check with your internet service provider or e-mail service to make sure they are not blocking our e-mails.

18. I sent an e-mail inquiry to customer service but you haven’t replied yet.

Because of the volume of e-mails we send and the industry we are involved in, it is possible that your ISP has blocked e-mails from us. It is a known issue that emails sending from us to any @me.com / @icloud.com etc are impossible, you will not be receiving any emails from us if your contact email is from a @me.com / @icloud.com etc. If you have contacted your ISP to make sure you are actually able to receive our e-mails, you may call customer service during local office hours (+8 GMT) at 1-888-256-3135 for any inquiries.

19. I am having difficulty using your online order form.

20. What payment methods do you offer?

Payment options include cashier`s check or personal check or wire transfer and Bitcoin . You can always contact our customer service department for more information.

21. Do the products arrive discreetly packaged?

All packages sent through regular postal services are packaged in plain cardboard boxes with no references to “medicine” or “pharmacy”. The customs declaration sticker required by all orders classifies any contents as “body care products”. Please note that our express shipping via EMS couriers does require an accurate list of the package’s contents reducing the confidentiality of orders delivered by this method.

24. Do the photos or images give a true representation of the products I will receive?

All photos of the products on our website are for reference only and may differ slightly from the quantity for sale and the packaging of the product itself. If you have any concerns about the products always refer to their written description for an accurate representation of the medication.

25. How do I use the discounts I have available?

To use your discounts click the "Discount" drop down menu after adding all of your items to your shopping cart and select the discount you would like to use.

26. Can I use my discounts to reduce shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated separately from any products in your cart and cannot be reduced with any discounts.

We are only responsible for sending out our orders to US residential and workplace addresses. Such that we cannot be responsible for forwarder addressee and there after arrangements
